A new Vice President has been nominated and thanks to Stuart for taking it on.

A few things have happened over the last month and enjoyed by those present. Thanks to Lois and Damien for a fantastic Hawaiian theme party at their place. Congratulations to Sparky for his birthday, a night to be remembered by the people that were there.

Big Al’s Poker Run was a great success for Al with 750 cars on the run and thanks to the members that went to the Drive In night which was provided as a bit of an alternative to the end of the night for those not going on the BA run.

We hope you all supported the Rock and Roll Clubs’ river cruise dance on the 24^th Feb.

For those that can’t make it down the Mustang Bar on Fridays are missing a good gig with Jus’ Jump banging out some great Jump Blues and then the Jive Rockets are playing at Franklins in Vic Park.

After reviewing the Rock n Roll club calender the committee has arranged an Aces & 8’s event calender which means there will be something scheduled every 3^rd weekend of each month. This means we won’t collide with another event. This is not all we want to do and obviously we need input from all members for ideas so…come on! Lets get it together! Especially to make the most of what is left of summer cruisin and lets get some stuff arranged in advance for winter to stop the winter blues! Any ideas can be brought up at the meetings or give us a call. All members need to pitch in and organize this stuff!

SPECIAL EVENT! A camping trip to Busselton has been arranged on the weekend of 7-8 April 2001. All numbers need to be confirmed so please phone Stuart on 0407 471 007 to confirm numbers by Friday 16^th March so we can book the sites we need. ALL MONIES are to be paid by March 17^th to Stuart.
